Help Our Family Rebuild After Devastating House Fire

Our family has recently experienced something no one ever expects — a devastating house fire that destroyed our home and everything inside it. In a matter of minutes, we lost everything. We escaped with only the clothes on our backs.

To make this even more heartbreaking, we did not have insurance coverage. We are starting completely from scratch.

But in the middle of tragedy, there was incredible courage.

Our 12-year-old daughter became a hero that day. When the fire broke out, she bravely pulled her grandmother out of the house and saved her life. Because of her quick thinking and courage, we still have our mom/grandmother with us today. We are beyond grateful — and so proud of her strength.

Now we are facing the overwhelming reality of rebuilding our lives:

• Replacing clothing, shoes, and daily essentials

• Securing temporary housing

• Replacing furniture and household items

• Covering unexpected medical and recovery expenses

• Beginning the long process of starting over
