My family and I recently experienced a devastating fire that changed our lives in an instant. While I was away, someone started a fire in our backyard, and it quickly spread into our home. My cats were trapped inside, and I was able to rescue them, but the damage was overwhelming. We lost most of our belongings to water damage, and we barely had time to grab anything before we had to leave. The bank has now taken possession of our house and is refusing to let us see what we can salvage, leaving us with very little to start over.

This has been an incredibly difficult time for us. We are now searching for a new place to call home and trying to replace the essentials we lost in the fire. The support from our community means everything to us right now, and every bit of help will go directly toward helping my family get back on our feet and rebuild our lives.
