My mother, sister, and niece have recently experienced a devastating house fire that took away everything they owned. In the aftermath, they have been moving between hotels and my home, trying to find some sense of stability while coping with the shock and loss. Despite their efforts to stay positive, the emotional and financial toll has been overwhelming, and it’s been incredibly hard for them to keep their spirits up.
