On Black Friday, my family and I were involved in a serious car accident that left our car completely totaled. My wife, my son, my daughter, and I were all in the car when it happened. The scariest part was seeing my daughter get hurt—the airbag hit her in the face so hard that she had to be transported to the hospital. She’s still swollen two days later and needs three different creams to help her heal. My wife and son walked away with bruises and soreness, and I ended up with a busted eye and nose, but my only concern was making sure my daughter was okay. I even refused help at the scene because I was so worried about her.
Now, we’re facing the challenge of not having a car, and we need to come up with the insurance deductible. On top of that, we have to pay for bus or Uber rides just to get to work, school, and doctor’s appointments. The costs are adding up quickly, and we’re doing our best to keep things together for our family. The funds from this fundraiser will go directly toward the deductible, transportation, and anything my daughter needs to recover from her injuries.
We’re reaching out to our community and anyone who can help us get through this difficult time. Any support you can give means the world to us, and we are so grateful for your kindness. Thank you for helping my family heal and get back on our feet.
