Help My Family Rebuild After Losing Everything in Eaton Fire

My family have been long-term residents of Altadena for many, many years. It was always the place I called home. Unfortunately, many in my family have been displaced due to the Eaton Fire in Altadena, which completely devastated the entire area where my uncle's house (which served as the safe haven for my mom, sister, my cousin, her father, and her three-year-old son along with their pets), my grandmother's home, and another of my uncle and aunt's homes burned to the ground, leaving nothing behind. My mom and disabled sister have lost the place they called home and currently have no housing or basic necessities. I am asking for assistance, even the smallest amount, to help me begin to find some sense of stability for my mom and sister and begin to help rebuild a life for them. The only shoes my mom evacuated with were the slippers on her feet, so they sadly left most of their life behind. Your contributions will assist with needs that might not be covered by other sources of aid or unexpected costs.

Although it is with great difficulty that I reach out for help, I humbly ask for any help possible, even sharing this story, since it is far too much that I or my own resources can begin to alleviate for my family.
