My name is William, and I’m reaching out because my family is facing a crisis we never could have imagined. Our apartment was destroyed when the pipes burst, flooding our home with hot water. In the chaos, we lost our two beloved dogs, and almost all of our personal belongings were damaged beyond repair. Now, my wife, our four children, and I are left without a home, trying to pick up the pieces and find a way forward.
