Rebuild Khaled's Hope With Direct Aid Support Into Gaza

Hi. My name is Robin. I am from the US. I am setting up this GoFundMe for my dear friend of 6 years, Khaled Tabasha. Here is his story, in his own words.

This GoFundMe aims to help us cover the daily expenses of my 60 family members trapped in Gaza.

Since October 7th life has changed many times in ways we never imagined, losing our homes, work, loved ones, friends… Everything has been taken from us in a thousand different horrifying ways.

As you know, the war has been going on for 11 months, and as the months pass, the price on our lives only gets higher. I am in dire need of your support for my family, as I can not financially carry all of them all on my own. It's very difficult and uncomfortable for me to ask for money, but we keep needing to do it, because this war won't end and things get worse and worse.

I am coordinating daily with my family in Gaza to distribute cash and aid to all 60 members, which include new born babies, children, and elderly family members with deteriorating health conditions.

This is very expensive with external cash exchange coming with very high fees. This is the only way to buy the remaining cash in Gaza and distribute it amongst my family. There is a constant high price I pay to get my family what they need daily to survive, and every week there is a displacement from one place to another. We even must flee, within minutes, because of Israel's constant bombing, leaving everything behind us, from solar energy, batteries, tents, nylon, food and water, cloths, blankets, beds, tarps, materials, wood, gas, tools, pots and cooking equipment, hygiene products, soaps for washing clothes, dishes and skin, and medicine. And then we have to resettle in another place under the scorching sun.

I am doing my best to take care of everyone in my family, but I can not do it alone. We know the global governments have no interest in our survival, and have very much left whether we live or die in the hands of people we have never met. I know that everyone is struggling and every dollar counts, so I ask, if you can donate, please donate whatever amount you can afford.
