My family and I are facing a difficult situation with our current HOA. Despite my best efforts to keep our yard clean and tidy, we have been fined five times for things that feel unfair—like my children having just a couple of toys outside. I am very particular about cleanliness, and it breaks my heart that my kids, who are only 4 and 7 years old, can’t even play outside without us being penalized. The constant stress and pressure from the HOA have made it nearly impossible for us to enjoy our home or let my children be kids.

We are now in a position where we need to move to give my children a better environment and a chance to play and grow without fear of fines or restrictions. The funds raised will go directly toward moving costs, a deposit for a new home, and helping us fight back against the unfair treatment from our HOA.
