On December 17th, my fiancée suffered a brain aneurysm and was airlifted to the ICU at UNMC in Omaha, NE. There were several moments when we didn’t think she was going to pull through, but she did. She is alive and well, and now faces a long road of recovery that includes intensive physical therapy. We are doing everything we can to make sure she gets the best care possible.

To give her the best chance at recovery, we are trying to move our family to Lincoln, NE so she can attend Madonna Rehabilitation Center. This facility offers the specialized therapy she needs, but moving our family is a big challenge. During this time, my fiancée is unable to work, and I recently lost my job because of the demands of caring for her and our family. We also have our amazing 8-year-old son, Darius, who we are supporting through all of this.

We are asking for help to cover our moving expenses so we can get my fiancée the care she needs and keep our family together.
