Help my family lessen the burden this holiday season !

Hi guys ! I would start off by saying I’m not one to ask for help , but that would be a lie ! When I need help I ask for it . Life has been a struggle lately as I’m sure a lot of you may know ! Bills pile up , you get behind , you can’t seem to catch up ! 10 steps forward 20 back .. something like that !! With that being said , we fell behind on rent ! Literally 500 dollars ! That was just this past month ! We’ve always paid our rent , if we couldn’t make our due date we were always in contact with the landlord and it was never an issue ! I sent a message last week apologizing and explained December rent would be paid on time and we would make payments to catch up on what we owe ! No response … I come home from work today to a letter stating they are terminating our month to month lease and we have to be out by January 5th !!! This can’t be real life , it’s the holidays , we have a 10 year old and a 1.5 year old and it’s winter !!!! I understand it’s a business that needs to be run , but over 500 ???? That was going to be paid back as we got it !!!? Not only did we text , we called , and surprise no response or answer ! Now you’d think if one had any human decency they would have at least answered and spoken to us about the situation but nope ! So instead of enjoying the holiday season we now have to worry about finding a new place , all while paying rent at our current place ! Like I said above , I know every one is struggling and it’s the holidays .. but if anyone could find it in your heart to help or even share it would be greatly appreciated !! We don’t have the means right now to move in somewhere else and Christmas is my favorite holiday and I just want to enjoy it with my kids and my family !
