A Mother Asking for Help to Keep Fighting for Her Family

I never imagined I would be in a position where I would have to ask for help publicly, but life has humbled me in ways I cannot fully put into words.

Over the past year and a half, my health has completely changed my life. There have been days where the pain was so severe I could barely get out of bed, weeks filled with hospital stays, exhaustion, fear, and uncertainty. Through all of it, I have continued trying to work whenever physically possible because my children have always come first, no matter how difficult things became.

The hardest part has not been the physical pain. It has been watching my children carry stress and worry that children should never have to carry. My son and daughter have stood beside me through every setback, every tear, and every moment where I felt like I was failing them because my health would not allow me to be the mother I desperately want to be.

They are my entire world and the reason I continue fighting even on the days I feel completely defeated.

I am doing everything I can to rebuild our lives, catch up financially, and keep moving forward, but the medical bills, missed work, overdue utilities, mortgage payments, and everyday expenses have become more than I can handle alone.

The funds raised will go directly toward keeping a roof over our heads, keeping our utilities on, putting food on the table, and helping my family regain some stability during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. It would also relieve so much pressure from my 18-year-old, who has stepped up more than any child ever should have to.
