Help my Ukrainian family start a new life

Just a few days ago my mother and stepfather escaped the war-torn Ukrainian capital. They ran from constant bombings right outside of Kyiv with two suitcases and no savings loosing their jobs and home. They have dedicated their lives to teaching school children and lived a peaceful life before the war started. My stepdad who is in his 70s has been slowly recovering from a recent stroke that significantly impacted his health. My mother is one year away from retirement

After a two day journey they found shelter in Germany in a one bedroom apartment shared among six refugees including my brother and his wife. With no jobs or other income, the money we have raised will last only for a month or so.
