My name is Nicola Allen-Morris. I grew up in the community of Brompton, in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. I am not the one to ask for financial aid, and so I'm reaching out with a humble heart on behalf of my parents, whose houses were damaged by Hurricane Melissa. Many of my other relatives and community members whose homes were also destroyed are in need of basic supplies such as food and water.

As we try to stay strong, we are cognisant that this recovery process will take time and resources. All the funds raised will go directly towards rebuilding my parents' homes and providing necessities such as food and water for them, relatives, and other community members.
