Help my Family Get Help with Mental Illness

Alot of you guys have seen the struggles our family is going through with the mental breakdowns of my sister and mom. Some have seen my thread here

Both couldn't have happened at a worse time for our family. This has been devastating to our family thus me and my brother are in shambles.
One of the biggest concerns, unfortunately, have been seeking mental health care for my family as we do not have alot of money and treatment. Both cases are wayyyy beyond us. They need professional help we haven't been able to afford
Having Medicare for all would prevent me from doing this but it can't be helped. We are in shambles and need any help we can get
