My family and I are going through a really difficult time right now. My boyfriend recently lost his job, and to make things even harder, our only vehicle was hit by someone and is now undrivable. We’re currently living off my fixed income, as I’m on disability due to medical reasons. It’s been a struggle to keep up with everything, especially with my daughter needing to get to school, my boyfriend needing to look for work, and me needing to get to my medical appointments.

I’ve always tried to manage on my own, but this time, I’m reaching out for help because I truly feel stuck. Not having a vehicle has made it nearly impossible for us to get back on our feet. The money raised will help us buy a reliable car so my boyfriend can get back to work, my daughter can get to school, and I can get to my appointments. Anything left over will go toward paying our bills while we work to get back to where we were.
