Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Supporters,

I never imagined I would have to write something like this, but my family is currently facing a very difficult situation and we truly need help.

Recently, our family was involved in a serious car accident that completely totaled our only vehicle — our family van. Around the same time, my husband lost his job, which made an already stressful situation even harder for us. Thankfully, he may have a new opportunity lined up, but the position requires him to travel to third-shift work hours, and without a reliable vehicle, it will be very difficult for him to keep this job.

Losing our vehicle has affected every part of our daily life. My daughter has no school bus route available, so transportation to school has become a serious concern. I am also dealing with ongoing medical issues, including cervical radiculopathy and severe lower back pain, which require frequent doctor visits and physical therapy two to three times every week. Without a vehicle, simply getting the medical care I need has become incredibly challenging.

To make things even harder, we are new to Wisconsin and do not have a local support system or savings to fall back on. With rent approaching and daily responsibilities piling up, the stress has been overwhelming for our family.

Because of this, I am humbly asking for help. Our goal is to raise enough funds to purchase a modest, reliable vehicle that will allow my husband to get to work, help my daughter get to school safely, and allow me to attend my medical appointments. Even a small contribution — $10, $20, or whatever you can give — would truly make a meaningful difference for our family during this difficult time.

As a mother, it also breaks my heart to mention that my daughter currently needs a new pair of sneakers, as her old shoes are worn out and starting to hurt her feet.
