As many of you may have seen from my recent posts, my family has been devastated by the historic floods in Southern Thailand, the worst in our lifetime. The destruction has been compared to that of a tsunami.

My parent's home was completely submerged under 9–12 feet of water. They have lost everything: their belongings, their furniture, and even the equipment that supported their small business and their livelihood.

Friends and family in the UK have kindly asked how they can help, so I have created this private GoFundMe for anyone who wishes to offer support. In Thailand, there are no insurance policies or government benefits to help families recover from natural disasters like this. We rely solely on whatever help we can give and whatever generosity others are willing to share.

Your donation, no matter the amount, will go directly to my parent’s bank account and will be used for essential needs: food, clean water, cleaning supplies, tools, repairing vehicles, and slowly replacing what was lost. Even the smallest contribution can bring them one step closer to rebuilding their lives after this unimaginable disaster.
