My name is Anonymous, and I’m reaching out for help for my family—my partner, our two children (ages 7 and 3), and myself. For the past three months, we’ve been homeless, doing everything we can to keep our family safe and together. We were both working at Whataburger, but after losing access to transportation, we lost our jobs. Since then, we’ve been staying in a hotel, but it’s become impossible to keep up with the payments. Tomorrow is our last day in the room, and we don’t have the money to pay for another night.

We’re both 23 years old and are actively looking for work every day. Our kids are so young, and it breaks our hearts not being able to give them the stability and comfort they deserve.
