Our family’s life in Gaza has been shattered by war.

My name is Hala. Every day we live in fear, not knowing if we will survive the night. We were forced to flee our home, and even the place we sought shelter was bombed, leaving us with nowhere safe to go.

My brother was shot in the hand, with severe damage to bones, nerves, and tendons. He urgently needs surgery abroad or he may permanently lose the use of his hand.

Another brother lost two years of university because of the war, and his future is now on hold.

We have lost our home, safety, and stability. Our only hope is to leave Gaza so my injured brother can receive treatment and my family can find safety again.
