INNOCENT VICTIM LEQUON MCCOY KILLED IN MPD PURSUIT

Lequon was a highschool graduate ! Fun ,loving ,easy going, outgoing guy! He was a chuck e cheese employee, a uncle , a friend , a brother,a Cousin, a son, and a nephew. His personality was one of the greatest you would ever meet. No matter where he was, he was the life of the party! He had aspirations to be a gamer/video game programer. Unfortunately his life was taken by a car thief being pursued by Milwaukee PD going 100+mph when his car T-Boned into Lequons driver door killing him instantly. He had many friends and family and he will be sorely missed.
We have to change these laws !!
