Since October 2023, the Alqolaq's have been displaced more than four times due to the relentless genocide in Gaza. Airstrikes destroyed their family business and livelihood, leaving them with no safe place to call home.

The family includes two parents and six children, including 3-year-old boy, who doesn’t understand why his basic needs can’t be met.

With food and necessities becoming unaffordable, their situation grows more difficult every day.

They are seeking safety and stability, but the challenges are immense. Border crossings cost thousands, and basic necessities like food and other essential ressources are scarce and increasingly expensive under the ongoing siege.

This account was initially set up in the USA, so only a U.S. citizen can withdraw the funds, so my friend Quinn, listed as the beneficiary, transfers the funds to me monthly. I (Khalee, Canadian) manage them in a separate account dedicated solely to this campaign.

The family cannot access their bank account due to the current situation, so I safeguard the money and remain in daily contact to ensure every dollar supports their immediate needs and long-term safety.
