Greetings family and friends, most of you know that I'm from Negril, Jamaica. We have a large and loving family (a sister, 9 nieces and nephews, 2 great nieces, 11 cousins, an Aunt & Uncle and many friends) in Westmoreland, Jamaica (in Moreland Hill, Mount Stewart, and Negril).

I will be traveling to Jamaica on November 24th. We’re setting up this GoFundMe to help my family and friends buy materials to rebuild their homes damaged by Hurricane Melissa, possibly buy generators (as there is no electricity and won’t be for a while), buy food, buy water, and get back on their feet.

We’re not just asking for money. If you know us and live nearby, we’re also collecting clothes and shoes (including new socks and undergarments for men, women, and children), toiletries, and lightweight non-perishable food items to take with me. We will also be trying to send a barrel of food, and clothing ahead of me if I am able (Jamaican customs is waiving duty on goods until Nov. 28, 2025)! Everything helps and we’re truly grateful for your help.
