With the government mandated shutdown of all "Non-Essential" businesses leaving thousands of restaurant employees without a steady income for the next few weeks I would like to reach out the the community to help them get through this extremely tough time. 

I am asking for your help to put some cash in my coworkers and other local restaurant employees  pockets so that they can pay their bills, buy groceries for their families, and live a life without the extra stress of not making ends meet. 

Many people all over the country rely on their employment at a restaurant to make a honest living.  Some only rely on tips and tips alone. In this climate it is hard to find hard working career servers, bartenders, and cooks to run all of our favorite local eateries. With the current situation we might not see them come back...

You may not notice them, but all of you have used their services many times during your daily routines. The employees of a restaurant or bar both front and back of the house depend on daily business to support themselves. When that goes away the have no other options. 

Everyone is going through this together but, some are being punished because of their career choices. That is not fair to them, and if this continues to go at this rate, you will see many of your favorite restaurants not be able to open back up after the smoke clears.
