On Christmas night, my 81-year-old mother experienced a devastating house fire that destroyed nearly everything she owned. The fire broke out around 10:30pm, turning what should have been a joyful holiday into a time of heartbreak and uncertainty. Along with my mother, her son, five grandchildren, and a close friend all lived in the home and lost all of their belongings in the fire. The loss has been overwhelming, and the road to recovery feels daunting for our entire family.

My mother has always been someone who pours her heart into helping others. Now, at a time when she needs support the most, we are reaching out to our community for help.
