Help my dog yoki get the surgery for her leg

Hi my names bryson manley. My companion dog (Yoki- a German shepherd mix only 2 years old) on 6-9-21 was involved in a hit and run. A Good Samaritan was able to pick her up after seeing the car drive off. She was seen at Milner veterinary clinic in Oregon city.  She is now facing a full front fracture on that left leg to ulna/radius. Has road rash, and severe tongue swelling/ hemorrhage. Is in severe pain. Our options of work are 1. Pins and screws(surgery with a specialist) or 2. Amputation. We as a family are pushing/fighting for these pins and screws surgery vs the amputation just to ensure our dog a better life at such a young age. But if we can’t come up with this large amount we may have to amputate. Anything is appreciated! And we are forever greatful that our beautiful girl is even alive.
