My name is Petunia, and I’m reaching out because I’m facing a really difficult time. I recently lost my job, and now my beloved dog—my only family—needs emergency veterinary care. He’s stopped eating, and the ER vet says he needs to see a specialist for a diagnosis. I’ve already used up all my available credit at the veterinary ER over Christmas, and I’m out of options. As a senior citizen, my dog is not just my companion—he goes everywhere with me and is truly my lifeline.
