I am disabled and currently unemployed, and my household is facing some of the hardest times we've ever known. We're struggling to keep up with bills and everyday essentials, including food for my beloved cat and other items that food stamps simply can't cover. In our home, we also have an 83-year-old woman and a 60-year-old woman, both of whom need new IDs just to be able to see their doctors. Without car insurance, we have no way to get to our medical appointments or pay for the care we need. My roommate and I are both waiting for our disability cases to be approved, but the process is slow and uncertain. If we don't get help soon, we are at real risk of becoming homeless.

The funds raised here will go directly toward our most urgent needs: rent, electricity, phone, car insurance, pet food and litter, and those everyday items that food stamps can't buy. Your support will help us keep a roof over our heads, care for our pets, and cover the basics while we wait for our disability cases to go through.
