Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my daughter La'tia. She’s only 21 years old, full of life, and just beginning her adult journey. Recently, we found out that she has hereditary periodontal disease, which has already caused a 50% loss of bone in her mouth. To make matters worse, one of her front teeth has become loose.

She currently has braces, and now she faces the urgent need for surgery to restore the missing bone and save her smile. Without this surgery, she would have to get the braces removed. She risks losing not only her tooth but also her confidence and comfort at such a young age.

The surgery alone costs around $5,000, and on top of that, I’m still paying for her braces and will be paying for the aftercare she will need to recover fully. Altogether, the expenses are more than we can manage on our own.

We are humbly asking for any support—whether it’s a donation or sharing this campaign—to help cover the cost of her surgery, her ongoing orthodontic care, and the aftercare that will follow. Every little bit brings us closer to giving her the healthy smile she deserves and easing the emotional weight she’s been carrying.
