Help Gaby Fight Cancer & a Brain Tumor for Her Two Children❤️‍

I never thought I would be writing something like this or asking strangers for help, but right now, I’m asking for a little kindness and support during the hardest time of our lives.

I’m starting this GoFundMe for my daughter, Gabriella Lawson

For almost an entire year now, our lives have been consumed by hospitals, doctors, chemotherapy, tests, treatments, and trying to get through one day at a time. She has been fighting lymphoma, and because of the side effects and complications from chemotherapy, she has spent so much of this past year in and out of the hospital.

As if fighting cancer wasn’t already enough, we have also dealt with insurance problems and the stress of trying to make sure she can actually get the care she needs. It has been one thing after another, and honestly, there have been moments when we didn’t know what we were going to do.

And now we are facing something else that none of us were prepared for.

Doctors have found a mass on her brain.

We don’t have all the answers yet, and we’re taking things one day at a time. There are more tests, more appointments, and more uncertainty ahead. After everything she has already been through this past year, it is heartbreaking to watch her have to face another scary situation.

But through all of this, she is still a mom.

She has a son and a daughter who love and need her more than anything. Her children are what keep her going, and one of our biggest worries right now is making sure they are taken care of while she is sick and spending so much time in the hospital.

The bills don’t stop because someone has cancer. There are medical expenses, household bills, food, transportation, childcare, insurance expenses, and so many other things that have become difficult to keep up with.

I am asking for help so that my daughter can focus on what she needs to focus on right now: getting better and being there for her children.

I know everyone has their own struggles, and I know not everyone can afford to donate. Please don’t feel bad if you can’t. Even sharing this fundraiser with someone else could help us more than you know.

If you can give $1, $5, $10, $20, or whatever you’re comfortable with, I want you to know that it truly means something to us. Every little bit can help take some of the weight off her shoulders.

I’m her mom. If I could take this illness from her and go through it myself, I would in a heartbeat. Since I can’t, I’m doing everything I can to make sure she doesn’t have to face this alone.

She’s been fighting for an entire year.

Now we’re just asking for a little help so she can keep fighting.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Thank you for caring about someone you may have never met. And thank you to anyone who donates, shares, sends a message, or simply keeps my daughter and her children in your thoughts.

From a worried mom’s heart, thank you. ❤️
