Help My Dad Win His Fight Against Lymphoma
Donation protected
My name is Violetta, and I’m writing this as a daughter who is desperately trying to save her father's life.
Since May 2024, my dad, Gorbachenko Dmitry, has been fighting a severe and aggressive form of blood cancer — Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), stage IVB. The disease has spread widely and rapidly, affecting many parts of his body.
He has already gone through 12 rounds of chemotherapy, but none of them helped. None of them have brought the results we prayed for.
Now, we finally have a chance — CAR-T cell therapy. This is a groundbreaking and highly effective treatment that gives a real chance even to those patients for whom chemotherapy has failed. It’s a personalized form of immunotherapy where the patient’s own T-cells are modified to recognize and destroy cancer cells. This treatment has already saved thousands of lives around the world.
But the treatment comes at a devastating cost. It’s heartbreakingly expensive and simply out of reach for our family on our own.
That’s why I’m turning to you.
Any amount you can donate brings us one step closer to giving my dad a chance at life. A chance to heal. A chance to live. If you can’t donate, please share this message — it means more than you know.
Thank you for your kindness, your support, and for standing with us in this fight.
With all my heart,
Violetta
