Help my dad to receive his cancer treatment

Hi everyone, I’m fundraising for my Dad who recently got diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. He is 63, working and the best dad I could ever have asked for.
He was neglected by the NHS who didn’t see the cancer in a scan he had in January, when back then, it could have been operated on to remove it, but now it’s incurable.
He then went for another scan in April, to which they said it was benign cysts. Only one month ago (start of June) we got told that he sadly has been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
We waited 3 weeks for an appointment with an oncologist at the NHS and they only have one option for chemo and said if we went anywhere else they would all say the same thing. Luckily, we had the money to go privately and see someone else for a second opinion, to which they said that there is another way to go about treating the cancer, but it can only be done privately as the NHS doesn’t offer that option because of funding issues.
The cost of this treatment for 6 months only is tens of thousands of pounds. We are covering most of it but anything we could possibly raise would be so profoundly helpful.
This sad story has been caused by negligence and lack of care from the NHS, probably because they aren’t funded enough. They just see my dad as another number but to us this is our whole world.
My dad lives with myself, my younger brother and my mum. In a matter of days, as you could imagine, everything has completely turned upside down. You never think something like this could ever happen to you until it does, really nothing could ever prepare you for it.
It just feels like a never ending nightmare and all you want to do is wake up.
All money raised will be going straight to treating my dad the correct way. We will be so grateful for literally anything that is raised.
