Hi everyone, my name is Aubrey, and I am raising funds to support my 73-year-old dad, Ildefonso Colaljo.

Recently, he was admitted to the hospital with severe heart pain, and doctors discovered that his heart arteries are blocked. They have suggested a procedure called Coronary Angiogram with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention or Angioplasty to restore blood flow and prevent further heart damage. He is currently being closely monitored in the ICU, and the doctors advised that the procedure and hospital care may cost around ₱500,000 PHP.

He also has other health problems like pneumonia and high blood pressure, which make his situation more urgent. Our family is doing everything we can to support him, but the cost is overwhelming for us. Because of this, we are reaching out for help.

This is really heartbreaking. I love my Papa so much. Please, we need your help. I can’t imagine life without him, and your support could give him the chance to stay with us a little longer and continue making memories we’ll cherish forever.
