Update 4/8/26: last night my dad went into Afib, they had to give him meds to basically stop his heart so that they could get him out of it. The dr ruptured his spine during surgery, and he has no feeling in one of his legs. His oxygen levels are all over the place. Please pray for my dad. We miss him so much, and he deserves healing! If you can, please donate. Even $1. It all adds up! He is currently paying hotel stay for someone to be there with him each night he is there and that alone is adding up tremendously. Hi everyone, I’m Amy and I am asking for help on behalf of my dad Mike. He was scheduled for a back surgery at Cedar Sanai, but that got cut short because they nicked a vessel and he was bleeding out. Luckily they saved him and he needed lots of blood and a transfusion. Now he’s stable (thank God) but what turned into a few days stay is now going to be at least a couple weeks as he’s waiting to go back in for surgery so they can finish. He’s in immense pain and still is worried about finances even in a time like this. That being said I just really would like to take all that stress off of him and those of you who know my dad know he would give the shirt off of his back for anyone, and he never expects anything in return.
