Please help my dad stay at home longer.

This is my dad Dale, he is 42, he has just been diagnosed with HD (Huntington's disease). HD is a disease which affects your brain cells and causes them to die over time, this causes you to lose the ability to talk, walk and eat and more. It is like having Alzheimer's, dementia, MND (Motor Neurone Disease) and Parkinson's all at once. It is commonly an inherited disease but none of his parents have it, however this still means me and my brother Reece each have a 50/50 chance to get HD.
I am currently 16 so cannot have a test to find out if I have the disease but my brother would like to have the test because he has 3 kids with the oldest being 2 and a half years old and they also could have a 50/50 chance to receive the disease of he has it. I am heartbroken for my dad but my mum now has to watch my dad slowly die because of this cruel disease and then possibly me and my brother too. I am trying to raise money so that we can equip our house so that my dad can stay at home for as long as possible, this includes a stair lift so my  dad doesn't fall up and down the stairs and changing our bathroom so my mum will be able to bathe him easier when he loses the ability to do it on his own.
