This week, my dad’s work truck was stolen. After four stressful days, it was finally recovered—but all of his tile contractor tools were taken. My dad has been a tile contractor for over 30 years, and his tools are not just equipment—they are his livelihood. Without them, he’s unable to work and support himself and our family. He carried three insurance and all three have said they won’t cover this. The loss has been devastating, both financially and emotionally, as he takes so much pride in his work and providing for his loved ones.

If you know my dad, you know the kind of person he is. He’s generous, hardworking, and always shows up for others—no questions asked. He gives 110% to his family, his work, and anyone who needs a helping hand. He’s the first to offer help to a neighbor or friend in need, and now he’s the one who could use a little support.
