My dad is 67 years old and has always been the heart of our family. He loves being around his children and grandchildren, barbecuing in the backyard, playing games on his phone, and even mowing the yard on his sitting lawn mower—no matter how much his arthritis hurts. He’s a family man through and through, always putting others before himself, whether it’s sharing a pizza with someone in need or helping out his own children and neighbors, even when he doesn’t have much to give.

Lately, things have gotten really tough for him. His arthritis and limited mobility make it hard to get around, and he’s struggling to keep up with the rising cost of electricity and basic living expenses. My family and I have been doing everything we can to help, but it’s just not enough. My dad worked hard for many years and is now retired, but the financial burden is overwhelming.
