My dad has spent his whole life putting everyone else first. He’s survived a tumor on his artery, mini-strokes, job loss, and so much more—always making sure our family was safe and cared for. Now he’s facing the risk of losing his vision, and I need your help to give back to the man who has given us everything

Hi, my name is Jack, and I’m raising money to help my dad get urgent eye surgery that could preserve what’s left of his vision.

My dad has been through so much in his life, yet he’s always put everyone else first. He has been the sole provider for our family, even while living with a tumor on his carotid artery, dealing with mini-strokes, and being laid off from his job. Despite all of this, he made sure we always had food on the table and a roof over our heads.

He took care of all of us while my mom battled cancer, constantly sacrificing his own health and needs for the people he loves. He has gone above and beyond in ways most people can’t even imagine.

Now, he needs this eye surgery he deserves the chance to keep his vision. The surgery costs $4,600, and we simply can’t afford it on our own.
