Hi my name is Sandrine, I grew up in Mauritius, a small island off of Madagascar. I’ll start off by saying the health care in my home country is very lacking and it is very hard to get necessary operations done when needed. My dad has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer 5 months ago, during his first chemo treatment he wasn’t able to complete due to the inefficiencies in the country and his lack of hunger, he hasn’t had appetite since his first chemo treatment. He isn’t expected to live much longer without proper treatment. The money Raised would go towards a nurse, PCR tests, medication and proper medical care in South Africa.
