Hi everyone,

My name is Zoe Chanel Guillen, and I’m 12 years old. I’m writing this because my dad really needs your help. He’s the best dad in the world—he’s an amazing music producer and owns a very small vegetarian restaurant that everyone loves. But more than that, he’s my hero, and I don’t want to lose him.

A couple of months ago, our family got some really scary news. My dad was diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive type of cancer called melanoma of the nasal mucus. The doctors removed a tumor, but it came back, and now it’s spread to other parts of his sinuses and lymph nodes. The doctors are trying to figure out how to help him, but this cancer is so rare that they don’t have all the answers.

My dad is a fighter, and he’s trying so hard to stay strong for me and my step mom, but I can see how much pain he’s in. We need to get him the best treatment possible, and that’s why I’m asking for your help. We already spent a lot on his previous surgery and medical bills and the special treatment he needs are really expensive, and we can’t do it alone.
