Help my dad after Hurricane Ian

I’m starting this Gofundme for my dad. He lives near Fort Myers Beach and lost pretty much everything in the storm, as did so many people. He feels grateful to have what he does left, and would never ask anything from anyone. But he’s a great man and shouldn’t have to do it all on his own.

He is such a “do it himself” type of man. Pushing out water as it was coming in, nailing down the roof during the storm. So much of his home is ruined from the flooding, but he’s taking off the walls and cabinets and redoing them himself.

he’s just going to need some help to get back to normal and rebuild from scratch.

Anything you can do will help take a little stress off of his shoulders (He slipped in the sewage water in his house and hurt his shoulder, so a little stress off would be nice). It’s all just really depressing right now.
