Help my cousins cat Luquillo

The cat named after the town in Puerto Rico he was rescued off the streets of, while on a family vacation were we fell in live with him. He is a two year old cat that has been in my cousins loving care for over a year. Over the last couple of days he has developed crystals in his urinary tract and requires emergency care to avoid getting sepsis or having to be put down. My cousin is paying the bill out of what savings she has. She turned 18 on April 8th, this is the first adult decision she has made of her life and I was hoping as a community to make it easier on her.
