Brighter Future for Yousef & Yazan Help Fund Their Education

Dear Friends and Supporters,

My name is Youssef, and together with my brother Yazan, I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt request for support in covering our education costs. Our journey has been defined by resilience and hope, and now we are striving to build a better future through education.

Yazan and I hail from Gaza, a place that was once our beloved home before it was torn apart by war and conflict. Our father, affectionately known as Baba, has been our pillar of strength through these challenging times. Despite the devastation that surrounded us, Baba's unwavering love and support provided us with stability and comfort.

The war on Gaza changed everything for our family. We lost loved ones, friends, and our home. The night our house was bombed, Yazan and I felt the world stop; every breath seemed to evade us as we lay in the rubble, trying to comprehend the horror unfolding around us. It was only when we saw Mama's fear-stricken face that we realized we had survived, but the terror of that moment remains etched in our memories.

After escaping to safety, Mama stayed with us, never wanting to leave our side. She became our rock, working tirelessly as a psychologist to help us heal and find solace in our new surroundings. Her presence and love were our sanctuary, reassuring us that despite the chaos, we could still feel safe and good.

As we rebuild our lives in this new place, we are determined to honor Baba's sacrifices and express our gratitude for Mama's unwavering support. One of our most pressing challenges is covering the ongoing costs of education, which amount to $4000 per year for each of us. Despite our financial struggles, Baba remains committed to providing us with the best educational opportunities.

Baba's selflessness and determination continue to inspire us. Even after losing everything, he prioritizes our education and well-being. We are incredibly fortunate to have him as our father, and we are committed to making him proud.
