I have made this GoFundMe on behalf of my cousin, who graduated from high school with a high GPA and is trying to continue her education in the field of medicine, but it is too expensive, and she can't afford it. "My name is Malak Abu Jabal. I am a student from Gaza and the eldest of nine children. Every day, my family and I struggle just to survive. The ongoing war has turned our lives upside down — food is scarce, clean water is hard to find, and electricity is almost nonexistent.

My father, once our only provider, was seriously injured during the recent bombings. He can no longer work or even move freely, and my mother now carries the overwhelming responsibility of caring for all of us alone.

There are nights when we go to sleep hungry and mornings when we wake up not knowing how we will make it through the day. Watching my younger siblings lose their smiles and their childhood to fear and hunger breaks my heart more than words can express.

Still, I hold tightly to my one remaining hope — my education. I believe that learning is the key to rebuilding not only my life but also the future of my family and my people. But with everything collapsing around us, I cannot do it on my own.

I am reaching out to you with a humble plea:

Please help us survive. Help my father receive medical care, help my siblings have enough to eat, and help me continue my studies so that one day I can stand on my own and give back to others.
