Help my coke recover from stage 3 kidney failure

Hi my name is Sean, this is my fourth year with coke. I brought him to my home when he was 3, a healthy, little chubby orange cat. He has been with me through lots and lots difficult times. He would come and rest by me when I'm sick at home by myself. I love him with all my heart, he is my most precious family member. About 2years ago, my coke suffered from urinary tract infection, I never thought this could happen to him as I always picked the better quality foods there is in the market. I had to send him to emergency care and he recovered from UTC eventually. he has been on a prescription diet ever since. About 1 year ago, coke had grown a strange lump on the back of his neck. we had to do a procedure to remove it. fortunately, it wasn't cancerous.

from exactly a week ago, coke started to act strangely. Lost of appetite, limping, lethargic, not drinking much started to show. He lost weight significantly in this week. we took him to Columbia Square animal clinic to be examined and care for. Today, I received a devastating news. Coke has stage 3 kidney failure. I couldnt help but bursted into tears when I heard the news. Our vet has told us coke needs to be send to futher care to be hospitalized. ultrasound, kidney dialysis, subcontaneous fluid injections are needed for his possible survival. I was desperate, drowning in my tears. Our vet told us coke isn't going to have a big chance of living long even after he receives treatment. But I don't want to give up on him and I believe he wants to live as well. He's not a cat that likes to be held, and he wasn't drinking any water. When I was trying to feed him water drops, I see him finally drinking up. I see he wants to live, and wants to be with me. I know he is fighting...

My words cannot possibly fully describe what I'm feeling at this point. Financial burden is extremely heavy. I don't have enough money, to pay for coke's treatment at this point. The vet told us we need to be ready for at least 5000-6000 dollars at least for coke. I work as a personal trainer at vancouver, work has been hard in this year. My previous company was bankrupted, and my workloss supports from the government was discontinued as well. I am sincerely asking for help from you, as much help as you can. please save my coke, my family. I promise if any money I raised is left, I will return to you.
