Yesterday, I had to rush my cat to the emergency room after discovering he was anemic. The situation was urgent, and he needed lab work and a blood transfusion right away. This morning, I received the difficult news that his body is still not producing red blood cells, so his fight isn’t over yet. It’s been a stressful and emotional time, and I’m doing everything I can to make sure he gets the care he needs.
