Help my brothers best friend, Perko

I'm helping my little brother raise funds for his dog, Perko. If you know Perko, you know he is such a great dog, super well-behaved, and my brother's best friend. They're always at the beach, surfing and hanging out. They usually have their own parking spot, and Perko is so used to running to the sand. But this time, in the blink of an eye, he ran off too excitedly and was hit by a car. The person stopped and helped my brother get him to the vet, but he's not in good shape at all.

*edited to add, the vet said he’s going to make it but will have two of his legs amputated.

Update 05/05/2025: Perko had his surgery today and the vet was able to save both of his legs. He will not need them to be amputated anymore which is amazing news. He will have to undergo extensive rehabilitation due to the injuries.

We're all trying to help him raise funds to help cover the emergency vet fees.
