Hi, this is Jeff Jones. I hope those of you who know me trust that this request is legitimate. My brother-in-law, Dan Dombrowsky, has suddenly lost his sight. The cause is inconclusive, but it’s likely to be permanent.

Both Dan and his wife (my sister) Janelle Dombrowsky are hardworking people with stable jobs. Dan worked on the factory floor for an air-compressor manufacturer in Michigan City, IN, my hometown. Janelle works as a pharmacy tech in the local hospital. They depend on both incomes. Due to a series of medical issues in recent years, they have insufficient reserves to make it without Dan’s income. Although he should qualify for long-term disability, that will likely take months. They are in need of immediate help.

Family members will assist as possible, but they need help.
