Friends, I’m asking for your help!

My dear older brother, Vyacheslav Valeriyovych Shpakov, 48 years old, has been fighting a serious illness for the past two years — skin melanoma in the right lumbar area with disease progression and metastases to the mediastinal lymph nodes.

He already went through a course of immunotherapy, but unfortunately, the treatment was ineffective. Doctors have now prescribed targeted therapy, which is the only treatment available for him right now.

The cost is over 125,000 UAH per month, and this therapy must be taken continuously, every month. As long as he is able to receive this medication, it gives him more time and prolongs his life.

Until now, we haven’t asked for help and tried to manage on our own…

But my brother’s condition has worsened: the tumor in his pleura has grown significantly. We realize that time is critical, and that’s why I’m reaching out to everyone who may be able to support us.
