Help My Brother Keep His House And Medical Bills

Hello everyone, I go by the name Lorelei! I am trying to raise funds to help my brother recover from back surgery, and keep him from losing his house.

Just over a year ago my brother, Jason, started to experience back pain. It was rough, but he was able to take some pain meds and go on with his day. Nearly every day, the pain came back more frequently and more intensely. Just within a few short months, he was nearly incapacitated. The pain was so intense that no medicine could bring him relief. He was working extra jobs at the time to help stay afloat to pay for his mortgage, but due to the inability to even walk, he was unable to work more than just one job. He's been unable to see his son as often as he would like due to this preventing him from driving or leave the house.

After several doctor and hospital visits, being told to just take muscle relaxers or ibuprofen, he finally found a doctor who decided to take X-rays. They found that he had a completely ruptured / bulging disk, and it was crushing a nerve, causing him immense pain. He finally was scheduled for surgery on 01/12/2024.

The surgery was successful, thank god. Just waking up from surgery, his back pain was nearly gone. He did experience some permanent nerve damage, but we thank God that the damage wasn't greater than that.

Unfortunately, things have not been good this past year. Due to being out of work, unpaid time off, and losing extra income from extra jobs, his financial situation is dire. He is trying not to lose his house, every penny has gone to keeping his electricity on. Now with the medical bills from the surgery, he is losing hope. I don't want to see him lose his home, and not have a proper place for his son to live.

Please, my brother means everything to me. I am currently working some overtime, doing extra streaming, and raising money where I can to help him out. But it is impossible for me at this point to do this alone.
