Help my brother Scott & family while he recovers

On May 28, 2021, my brother, Scott McClaine sustained serious injuries from an incident that happen when he was at work. He was medevacked to Allegheny General Hospital and had surgery on his spine the same day. After a week at AGH, he was moved to a rehabilitation center and on June 26th, he returned home.

In many ways, we are blessed! The incident could have taken his life. He was a rockstar at rehab and he’s able to walk with a walker. However, it has not been a smooth road and he has lingering health issues. His girlfriend, Justine, took time off from her job to care for him and unfortunately, it is unpaid time off.

Scott’s life is very different right now. For those of you who know my brother, you know that he is very social and not used to being idle. The answer to, “hey Scott, can you give me a hand with this project?” is always YES. Scott would give someone the shirt off of his back if they needed it. He’s that kind of guy!
